Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Larry the Bot (“Larry”, “the service”) and related websites at getlarry.io, including the admin panel at admin.getlarry.io. By inviting Larry to a Discord server or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Description of the service

Larry is a Discord bot that helps Clash of Clans communities with features such as player linking, clan posts, role synchronization, and scheduling. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility and authority

You must have permission to add bots to a Discord server and to configure it on behalf of that community. If you use the admin panel, you must be authorized to manage the guild in accordance with Discord’s permissions and our access rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Larry in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Use Larry in violation of Supercell’s Terms of Service or Clash of Clans policies.
• Abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to harass others, distribute malware, or post unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the service or other users.

Third-party platforms

Larry integrates with Discord and the Clash of Clans API. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes outside our control.

Disclaimer

Larry is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up-to-date game data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Larry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if the service is provided free of charge).

Termination

You may stop using Larry at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server. We may terminate or limit the service, or your access to it, with or without notice if we believe it is necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Larry after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
